At present he is working as an Assistant Principal at Booker T. Washington High School. He is a very honest, responsible and dedicated educator who strongly believes and supports the idea that collective efforts invested by all education related entities can be used for planning, developing, executing and analyzing all the possible factors productive for excelling students’ academic results. His awareness for future responsibilities can be realized by this act as he wants to make students ready to confront the harsh world with courage and determination by construction of this influential program and its complexities.

Serving at various schools falling under Atlanta Public Schools Systems and DeKalb County School Systems, Terence has mainly sketched the programs with a clear motive of expanding students’ success, building up qualified and trained staff, integration of modern technological advances, organization and disaggregation of instructional data, establishing AS400/ESIS Student Management Systems and improvisation in research-based educational initiatives. The success of his program is illustrated by means of three Gates Millennium achievers, eighteen Georgia Hope Scholarship students, six 100 Black Women Scholarship accomplishers and a significant increase in Readiness Performance Index score from 60.1 to 82.7 for the School of Banking, Finance, & Investment. His Male Mentoring Program at Booker T. Washington High School and at Lithonia High School provided academic, psychological and practical mentoring to male students. His has supported and motivated the marginalized teacher community in best of his abilities. He has also been honoured for his great contribution in DCSS Local Formal Hearing Proceedings.

Terence affirms that the success of this School System can be achieved through a well formatted strategic plan of minimum 3 to maximum 5 years in order to meet all the requirements and needs of the parent, teacher and student community. His performance can be measured from the awards, certificates and appreciation he received from his peers and higher authorities over the years as an Instructional Leader.
